Lovely holiday. Felt like going back in time at a castle. The children loved the climbing course. Completely relaxed.

Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant menu was somewhat limited as there was only one option for children to choose from.

Plzen
Plzen is a city with a lot to offer! The city is located where four rivers meet. Here you will find the world-famous Pilsner Urquell brewery. At the brewery you can taste the beer directly at the restaurant "Na Spilce". This unique brewery museum is among the oldest of its kind and is visited by large numbers of tourists every year. But Plzen is not just an important industrial centre. The city also has a long and rich cultural history. Many architectural monuments bear witness to this. The medieval Church of St Bartholomew guards its famous Madonna and has the highest church tower, 103 m, in the Czech Republic. The Gothic buildings from 1392, which currently house the exhibition rooms of the Western Bohemia Gallery, were originally the meat market square. The oldest Central European armoury is part of the Museum of Western Bohemia. Plzen is also home to the third largest synagogue in the world. It was built in the 19th century in the Neo-Romanesque style with oriental touches.
