About the hotel

Arenahotel is Uppsala's largest hotel and opened in 2017. It is not far from Uppsala's central and historic parts and close to Gränby sports ground, the E4 and the 55 motorway.

Don't miss out on the hotel's wellness area, which offers magical views of the whole of Uppsala, including a jacuzzi and sauna. During your stay you also have access to a nearby fitness centre.

It is just 3.5 km from Uppsala city, where you will find historic sights such as Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala Castle. You can also walk along the beautiful Fyrisån River that winds through the city or go shopping in one of the boutiques. Bicycles can be borrowed at the hotel, and there is a shuffleboard available to rent in the bar.

Every morning the hotel serves a delicious buffet breakfast, where you will find a variety of healthy and slightly luxurious options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs and waffles/pancakes. The restaurant menus are based on classic Scandinavian cooking with inspiration from around the world. The hotel also has a cosy terrace on the third floor, which is open in spring and summer and is nicely located in the middle of the sun.

Parking is available next to the hotel entrance and there is a charging station for electric cars. During your stay you have access to free wireless internet.

The hotel has 200 rooms, all of which are modern and comfortably furnished. Here you can stay in single rooms, double rooms or double rooms with an extra bed.
