Place Lund

The hotel is located in a scenic area in the north of Lund, where there are also many good hiking routes. The hotel's location makes it easy to get around the entire Øresund region, which also makes it ideal for a short trip to Malmö and Copenhagen. Place Lund offers a friendly family atmosphere where guests will feel more than at home.

About the hotel

Place Lund started as a hotel already in the 80s, but was renovated in 2017. The hotel is beautifully located in the northern part of Lund, close to many of the Øresund region's major cities. Every morning a large breakfast buffet is laid out with several types of bread and rolls, many different toppings and cheeses, yogurt, muesli, eggs, waffles and much more! Of course, cold and hot drinks such as juice, tea, coffee and chocolate are also served. Gluten- and lactose-free options are also available, but these can be booked in advance.

 An evening buffet is also included in the stay and consists of meat, chicken or fish.

The hotel has a sauna and fitness centre, and bicycles can be rented for tours around the area. The hotel is well suited for a family holiday and there is also a small 'play corner' on the lower floor of the hotel with toys and books as well as a pool table. There are several playgrounds close to the hotel.

There is also a laundry room on the lower floor, which guests can use free of charge. Parking is available approximately 100 metres from the hotel, at an additional cost. Hotel guests also have access to free WiFi.

Rooms

The hotel has a total of 55 rooms, half of which overlook the garden and the other half facing the street overlooking north-east Lund. All rooms have parquet floors and beds from Hilding Anders. All rooms are equipped with a safe, a small fridge and a kettle. All rooms are non-smoking, and some rooms are allergy-friendly and dogs may be allowed in some rooms, but must be booked in advance.
