Långbergets Sporthotell

Far from the pace of the big city, in northern Värmland, you will find the almost 630 meter high Långberget. Långbergets Sporthotell is located at the top, with a fantastic panoramic view of the valley. Here you are offered a neat combination of calm and activities during both summer and winter.

About the hotel

At Långberget Sporthotell you always feel warmly welcome. Långberget is a cross-country skier's paradise and the hotel is right next to the ski track and slalom slope. The hotel's facilities include a restaurant and bar, table tennis and pool tables, a small gym and a sauna, as well as an outdoor swimming pool during the summer.

The restaurant at the hotel is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are on the slalom slope most of the day, Café Ripan can offer steaming soup, freshly fried pittipanna or other delicacies. You can also buy packed lunches in the hotel restaurant and take them on the slopes or on the excursion.

Lots of activities are arranged for the whole family all year round, and the hotel tries to supplement the range with new fun activities for the youngest every year.

Take the opportunity to join various guided tours, where you can choose between two day tours: 30 km (round trip) bike tour to Egga or canoe tour, both including wilderness lunch. Or two evening tours: moose safari and paddling on the river, both including barbecue for supper.

If you don't want to go on guided tours, there is plenty to explore on your own! It is possible to rent equipment on site such as canoes, electric bicycles, mtb and fishing equipment. Hiking and activity trails are around the hotel, maps are available at reception. The whole of northern Värmland has a large selection of culture and nature, ask at the reception and we will help you with suggestions.

Parking at the hotel and access to wireless internet are offered free of charge.

Rooms

Choose between accommodation in a single room, double room or multi-bed room with sofa bed or extra bed. The rooms are bright and pleasantly furnished with a shower or bathtub, toilet, sitting area with table, TV and telephone. The view from the rooms is also fantastic.
