Unfortunately, the food was not as we expected. We got meat with sinews that we couldn't eat. We had to change the dish, which was okay. Very nice breakfast. Nice rooms in a house.

About the hotel
In the middle of Tällberg, near the beautiful lake Siljan, lies Åkerblads Gästgiveri Hotell. The hotel has four stars and there is history in the walls. During your stay you will stay in comfortable and individually decorated rooms. Åkerblad is Tällberg's oldest farm and dates back to the 15th century. Today the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd generations welcome you to this oasis in the middle of beautiful Swedish nature. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the cosy farm with its authentic atmosphere.
About the hotel
This hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, right in the middle of cosy Tällberg and with a wonderful view of Lake Siljan.
As a resident guest, entrance to the SPA is included. In the new outdoor spring with 37 degree water you are warmly embraced and inside you are welcomed to our new lounge area with associated bar. In this part there is an age limit of 15 years from 13.00 daily. In each changing room there is a sauna and outside a fully equipped gym where it is possible to book a personal trainer.
You can also take a walk in the cosy gardens, relax on the terrace and let the weeks play on the playground.
At this well-appointed hotel, you can always enjoy the highest quality food and drink, with a focus on local and organic ingredients and produce. The hotel's romantic restaurant serves homely dishes as well as gourmet food, home-imported wine and homemade cakes.
The hotel offers free on-site parking and free wireless internet access.
