Every year, more than 50,000 children and adults visit this atmospheric market, which feels like a journey back to Andersen's childhood. Around 65 stalls offer Christmas decorations, gift ideas, handicrafts, clothing, toys and much more. Warm up with a cup of mulled wine and taste traditional fluffy Funen æbleskiver. Visitors can also enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides, historic carousels, performers in period costumes, jesters and Christmas choirs, all adding to the nostalgic atmosphere.
