We had two fantastic days with nothing to complain about, very good food, nice room, lovely spa, nice staff at the reception.
I only have one point: the waitress in the evening would need to learn a bit about serving wine and refilling (we had to do it ourselves). She didn't ask about coffee and dessert, which we missed both days (we knew it wasn't included but would have liked to purchase it) and we didn't get the opportunity as the waiter didn't come back. He was nice but probably needs some information about this?
