Østergaards Hotel offers a great location in Herning, right opposite the city's popular shopping centre. The hotel calls itself ambassadors for the local area and the staff is always ready with guidance and good advice on activities, attractions and experiences in Central Jutland.
The hotel has its own restaurant, where you can sit in a cosy setting and enjoy the dishes.
For the younger ones there is a playroom. If you want to play golf, you can go to the reception and buy a green fee with discount at the following courses: Herning Golf Club, Ikast Golf Club and Trehøje Golf Club. There is also free parking at the hotel.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays after breakfast and no dinner is served on these days. If you stay at the hotel on a Sunday or arrive on a Sunday evening or public holiday, a bottle of wine and a snack basket with a little salt and sweet will be offered as a replacement for the one dinner. The basket is left in the room and must be enjoyed in the room.
The stay includes end of stay cleaning, which means that beds will not be made and towels will not be changed during the stay. New towels can be collected from reception, if required for a fee.
