Hotel Öresund

Hotel Öresund is a modern and newly built conference and spa hotel located centrally in Landskrona. About the hotel

Hotel Öresund opened its doors in autumn 2018 and offers you a comfortable base, close to the harbour, centrally in Landskrona. The hotel's newly built facilities are spread over five floors by elevator. You can stay here just a short walk from the centre, or the nearest bus stop, and at the same time you have both the sea and the beach within a very short distance.

Hotel package includes a free entrance per night to the hotel's inviting rooftop wellness area, which is situated on the fourth floor. You can take a dip in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool, jump in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. Should you wish to be even more pampered, it is also possible to order massages and spa treatments.

The hotel also has an impressive fitness area, "Seaside Gym", of a whopping 650m² where you have free access to the facilities, which include Reebok fitness and strength training machines as well as group trainings.

The restaurant, Hotel Sofia by the Sea, offers a good selection of lunch and evening dishes. For lunch, "lunch of the day" is offered and in the evening dishes from the exciting menu are served. The hotel’s restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday–Friday and for dinner only on Saturday–Sunday.

The restaurant also has a large outdoor area where you can enjoy the food whenever the weather permits. After a good dinner, delicious cocktails, cool beers and other drinks are served in the hotel bar which is open every day. Every morning, of course, starts with a nice round of breakfast.

Combine the mini-break with well-being at the hotel and activities and excursions in and around Landskrona. Just a stone's throw from the hotel are the citadel's historic buildings and the impressive 1540s Landskrona Castle. Don't miss a stroll around and experience the historical and cultural environment of the area.

You can also enjoy a wonderful walk in Karlslundsparken, visit Landskrona Museum or go hiking along Skåneleden.

In the summer months you can soak up the sun and bathe on the beaches of Borstahusen and Ålabodarna north of Landskrona, try your hand at kitesurfing in Lundåkra Bay or cycle around the scenic island, Ven. You will also find in a short distance from the hotel the nearest golf course which is Landskrona GK and a little further south is also Öresunds Golf in Häljarp and Barsebäck GK.

The hotel offers garage parking for a daily fee. During your stay, you have free access to wireless internet.

Rooms

Hotel Öresund has a total of 243 beds spread over 124 rooms. With Risskov you will stay in the modern and comfortable standard double rooms.

Rooms are about 15m² in size and have either views of the water, the church or the inner courtyard. Some of the double rooms are so-called connecting rooms, where you have the opportunity to open a door between two rooms. Please note that these rooms can only be booked on request and cannot be guaranteed.

All hotel rooms are furnished with en-suite bathrooms and equipped with comfortable beds (2x90cm), TV, safety deposit box, fridge, ironing board and iron, electric kettle, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer and air conditioning.
