We booked via Riiskow where it included a 3-course dinner on the first evening. We agreed that we would eat at 19:00. We were there at the agreed time and sat and waited and waited... Saw a waiter a couple of times who was busy with other guests, tried to make contact, but they were very busy. There were several guests there who helped themselves from the buffet. After waiting for the waiter for over 25 minutes, we helped ourselves from the buffet. Around 20:00, a waiter finally came to us.
