Worn but cosy hotel. The food is very good. The days there are the most relaxing of the year. We will probably come back.

The overall impression is brought down due to poor beds. Informed the reception upon departure. I believe travellers with Risskov get the worst located rooms. Otherwise, the hotel can be recommended.

The 4-star Hankø Fjord Hotel & Spa has a unique
location on the beautiful island of Hankø, in the Oslo Fjord, about an
Oslo, and just 12 km from Fredrikstad. The hotel has roots dating back to
1877, and has a long and interesting history. It has since been renovated
several times, and today offers a modern and comfortable base for a holiday
with many experiences and sights within a short distance.
Here you can play and have fun! In the hotel garden there are
tennis courts, a mini golf course and a boccia court. Canoes and kayaks are also available for hire.
The island is also home to abundant wildlife and a beautiful coastline with beaches.
