Once the hotel has confirmed your booking, we will send you your travel documents with payment terms and a voucher.
Useful info:
- Your booking is not confirmed until you receive your travel documents. Payment for your stay can then be made.- Please note that any payment made with a gift voucher will not be deducted from your interim confirmation, but only from the final travel documents.- If the hotel cannot accept your booking, you will of course hear from us.- If you have made a booking error or something is missing from the booking, you should NOT book a new stay.
