We were here for the first time and everything was as described. From check-in, we immediately felt comfortable. Positively surprised by the room, Villa Nova, all the staff attentive, nice and friendly. Spa area very clean, like the entire hotel. Pleasantly warm water, 32 degrees, whirlpool 38 degrees. Plenty of loungers available, also in the outdoor area where the pool is also heated. Food very varied and diverse.
