About the Hotel

This newly renovated hotel, also known as Wadden Sea Hotel, is set in the stunning Wadden Sea region. It features 55 cosy, non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff will greet you warmly and provide excellent service during your stay. The restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with great value. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking.

Nearby, you’ll find the beautiful Wadden Sea National Park, which offers thrilling activities year-round. Join guided walks along the mudflats and see seals basking in the sun during summer hikes.

The Sort Sol phenomenon, or black sun, is something you must experience. Huge flocks of starlings seem to dance in the sky. It starts with a few birds but grows into a breathtaking display as sunset approaches. This spectacle is most impressive in Skærbæk and Tønder during spring and autumn. Tours typically last 3-4 hours and are mainly by bus. The hotel can assist with arrangements.
