The surrounding plantations and woodlands invite you to go hiking and make the hotel an ideal base for an active holiday, and with Fårup Sommerland just a short distance away, there are also great opportunities for a cosy family holiday.

About the hotel

Rønnes Hotel Slettestrand is close to the North Sea and Svinkløv Beach in the old fishing village of Slettestrand in north-west Jutland. The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, which creates an idyllic atmosphere of cosiness and relaxation in the lovely surroundings. Just a short walk and you are on the beach, which is one of Jutland's best bathing beaches and a place where you can experience coastal fishing and watch the cutter being pulled ashore.

Whether you're on an active holiday, a family holiday or just a cosy break, you'll find plenty of great options and exciting attractions nearby. Enjoy hiking in Svinkløv Klitplantage or in the area around Jammerbugten, surprise the kids with a trip to Fårup Sommerland or meet the animals at Hjortdal Dyrefarm. It is possible to rent bicycles at the hotel, so you can easily and conveniently go out in the beautiful surroundings.

One of the hotel's own 'attractions' is the cosy restaurant with its courtyard, where the kitchen focuses on quality, taste and the use of seasonal produce. The hotel bar is the perfect place to round off the day, with a drink and a cosy get-together.
