There was no 3- or 4-course menu as advertised, but rather a simple buffet with no choice.

A somewhat older hotel, but absolutely top-notch, and fantastically located.
We used it as a stopover on the way to Alsace, but we would happily do it again.
Lovely stay, very nice rooms (though noise from the railway), beautiful walks in the surrounding area, delicious food and very good, discreet service.
The food was good, and the view was fantastic. However, we chose to upgrade the room so that we got one with a view. Lovely pool.
Lovely quiet hotel with a good view
Good hotel in a beautiful area. Friendly staff and good food.
Lovely hotel with sweet and friendly staff. The breakfast showed signs of a lot of reuse from several days... so not always fresh ingredients. We got a lovely room with a view over the Rhine.
The hotel is recommended.
Was in this hotel for a few days with a dog. Cleaning or exchange of towels was done upon request. Everything was okay so far. However, I found 20 € per day for a small dog a lot.
Good location and view. Close to countless excursion opportunities.
Everything's great
We were completely satisfied. The only thing we didn't like was the water temperature in the swimming pool. The water was much too cold. Otherwise, everything was great.
Nice hotel with a lovely location overlooking the Rhine. Clean and tidy. A good breakfast buffet and a nice 3-course dinner.
Okay, but some additional training for the staff would elevate the hotel.
Very nice hotel.
It's okay that you have to ask for cleaning, but it's really annoying that you have to ask for clean towels every day.
Overall, it was good!
Some of the staff were a bit unengaged.
Good location but somewhat anonymous signage at the entrance.
A slightly older hotel in a fantastic location. Accommodation and food excellent. Nice and courteous staff.
