About the hotel

The Hotel Tirolerhof enjoys an extremely scenic location in the Austrian municipality of Wildschönau, in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. The family-run hotel is housed in a former ski lift complex, in the middle of the beautiful and quiet village of Oberau, and is now run by the second generation of the family. Wildschönau has an incredible amount to offer, being a paradise for nature lovers and families with children alike in the summer.

The hotel and its entire surrounding area offer a cosy and child-friendly environment all year round, with everything from museums, guided hikes and unforgettable trips in the Alps with the mountain lifts to indoor playrooms, outdoor playground, swimming, horse riding and an extensive activity and entertainment programme for children. During the summer months, the area also offers a range of summer sports facilities such as tennis courts.

Relax in the hotel's lovely wellness area, which includes an indoor pool, massages and saunas.

Every week, the hotel hosts live music and dance evenings, bringing together hotel guests and locals in a friendly and festive atmosphere. In the summer, these evenings are held under the stars on the hotel's large terrace, with plenty of good food.

A generous buffet breakfast with plenty of local produce is served each morning and enjoyed in the hotel's beautiful surroundings.

In the evening, a selection of international dishes as well as traditional home-made Tyrolean cuisine is served in the atmospheric restaurant. Later in the evening you can also enjoy a drink and a cosy moment in the bar.

Rooms

Hotel Tirolerhof has 59 charming rooms, all decorated in traditional Tyrolean style, with idyllic scenery just outside the windows. All rooms are furnished with private bath, toilet and wardrobe and equipped with hairdryer, balcony, radio, TV and telephone.

Comfort rooms are approximately 22 m² and offer the possibility of one extra bed. Deluxe rooms are approximately 30 m² and can accommodate two extra beds.
