About the hotel

Hotel New Skanpol's history has been linked to Scandinavia since its inception. The building was constructed in collaboration with Swedes and the hotel's name is composed of two names: SKAN-dinavien and POL-en. About 40 years ago the hotel was taken over by Danish investors.

The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. There are 6 floors and 188 rooms.

You can enjoy your meal at the restaurant Skandynawia from 18:00-20:00 or a drink at the Bar Jensen which offers more than 70 different alcoholic drinks (excluding wines). Also the most famous Kolobrzeg's restaurant Sublima invites you with a'la carte dishes, created by the Andrzej Jakomulski, one of Poland's top kitchen chefs. The hotel's cafe offers homemade cakes, baked from natural products and using only traditional recipes. A cup of tea or coffee goes well with this and the hotel cafe also has a good selection.

You are free to use the hotel's swimming pool with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool or the fitness room. There is also the option to purchase various treatments in the SkanpolSPA wellness centre.

You can also swing in the nightclub UNDERGROUND in the lower floor which is open Fridays and Saturdays from 22:00 to 04:00.

Rooms

All rooms have a private bathroom, telephone and TV. They are approximately 22 m2 and face either west or east. The whole hotel area is no-smoking. You are allowed to bring your dog or cat on with you for a reasonable charge.
