As always, we were very satisfied, the only thing that didn’t work out was the booked lunch. We wanted to go for lunch, and I was asked for our room number. The lady checked a list and said we weren’t entitled to lunch. She then asked at the reception and said that for 20 zloty per person we could have lunch. We then left, I presented my booking confirmation at the reception, the lady checked, and we would have received lunch after all.
However, we were so upset that we didn’t take advantage of it, as we didn’t want to cause a scene. I hope it works out better with the next booking.
