The beautiful 3.5-star Hotel Kreuzer was last renovated in 2017 and offers a wonderful rural atmosphere with a very charming interior. Here, attention to detail and a strong focus on the customer are in true German country house style.
During your stay, you can use the hotel's sauna and relaxation area free of charge. The sauna area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure and is open every day between 16:00 and 23:00. The hotel is also just 3 km from the nearest golf course, at the Hamburger Golf-Club eV, also known as Falkenstein, where golfers can enjoy 18 great holes.
A buffet breakfast is served every morning, including fresh coffee, tea and juice, bread, jam, yoghurt, cheese and cold cuts, and fresh fruit. The hotel bistro serves both hot and cold dishes. Should you have any special requirements such as vegetarian, lactose-free or gluten-free diet, the staff will be happy to assist you. Breakfast is served daily from 6.00 to 11.00 and the bistro is open from 14.00 to 22.00.
The hotel bar is the perfect place to round off an exciting day. Enjoy a cold draught beer, a glass of wine or a cocktail in the cosy atmosphere. The bar is open every day until 24:00.

The breakfast excellent, the dinner average. The television was full of stripes and black spots, but not a major problem. We mentioned it, and immediately the television was replaced with a new one. Convenient location within walking distance from the station with frequent trains to and from Hamburg.

It's a great hotel, conveniently located for getting into Hamburg. The breakfast buffet is really good, and the two dinners we had were also truly delicious and tasty. We got a nice big room away from the street, and even though the railway is very close to the hotel, it was barely audible.
