In winter the ski bus runs, with departures every half hour, from the stop just outside the hotel to the Rauriser Hochalmbahn, barely a kilometre away. And in summer you have a great choice of cycling and e-biking routes nearby, as well as a true water paradise to explore, both in and Hohe Tauern National Park.

Exploring the gold-rich waters is also a must in the Rauris valley, where you have the opportunity to pan for gold lucky enough to take home a special golden souvenir from your holiday. The location in the Pinzgau region also means you can easily visit the beautiful town, Zell am See, which is within a short drive of the hotel.

In between your adventures you can enjoy the holiday life in the hotel's 400 m² wellness area which includes a luxurious indoor swimming pool with waterfall and direct swimming access to the covered and heated (28-29°C) outdoor pool area open all year round, multi-function sauna, steam room, stone sauna, infrared cabin, herbal bath and relaxation rooms. In addition, it is possible to various massage and spa treatments.
