Hotel Dania

Check in: The latest check-in time is 18:00 on weekdays. If you arrive later, please contact the hotel in advance. On weekends, the latest check-in time is 16:00, please also contact the hotel if you arrive later than 16:00 on a weekend. Restaurant: Dinner is served at Brasserie Underhuset no later than 19:00. The restaurant is located under the hotel and there is no lift from the hotel. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. If you arrive on a Sunday, Risskov guests will receive a bottle of wine and some chocolate. The hotel is non-smoking, so smoking is only allowed outside. The hotel lift only goes up to the 2nd floor. If your stay includes coffee and cake, this will be served on the second day. Cleaning: The stay is with final cleaning, which means that beds will not be made and towels will not be changed during the stay. New towels cost DKK 35,- and can be picked up at the reception. Extra towels can be ordered at the reception. Large towel 70 DKK, small towel 40 DKK. Car parking: The hotel has parking spaces behind Hotel Dania. Parking permits can be collected from the hotel reception and cost DKK 140.00 per day. The number of parking spaces is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Public parking is also available at Torvet and several locations in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Set GPS to Østergade and drive into the pedestrianised street. Make a stop outside Hotel Dania and buy a parking ticket for DKK 140.00. Then turn around in the hotel courtyard. PLEASE NOTE! Parking will cost DKK 150 per day in 2026. Events: Thanksgiving dinner 2025, 10 November: a supplement of DKK 200 per person for the dinner will be settled with the hotel. (It will not be possible to purchase another dinner on this date). Christmas dinner on weekends from November 14 through December 19. On the day of arrival, there will be a supplement of DKK 280 per person, payable to the hotel. (There will only be Christmas dinner and a supplement on one day of the stay). It will not be possible to change the dinner date. As an alternative and for a supplement, Risskov guests can choose dinner at Café Korn on Sunday evening instead of a bottle of wine and something sweet in the room on Sunday. The dinner can be chosen between a burger, salad or pasta dish (without upgrades and excl. drinks) – the supplement is 200,- DKK and is paid upon arrival. Special option: If Risskov guests wish to change breakfast on Saturday or Sunday at Hotel Dania to the brunch buffet at Café Korn, this is possible for a supplement of 150,- DKK per person per day – the brunch buffet at Café Korn is served Saturday–Sunday from 10–13.
