About the hotel

The hotel package is ideal if you are looking for an active vacation with your partner, family or friends in Norway. The hotel facility is a converted farm consisting of several mountain cabins in a beautiful and convenient location at Dovrefjell, near Oppdal and the Trollheimen mountain area. The region is well known for its range of winter sports and hiking opportunities. 

Take your travel companions out on activities and excursions. Explore Dovrefjell National Park, hike along the Peer Gynt Trail and St. Olavsleden, or cycle around the surrounding area. Take the opportunity to visit the reindeer at a nearby wild reindeer center or go on a musk ox safari which is offered all year round.

A good breakfast is served every morning and for dinner, the kitchen's choice of the dish of the day is offered in the hotel's inviting dining room with associated bar, in Kongsvold Fjeldstue Spiseri. After the meal, coffee/tea is offered and it is also possible to pack a lunch for day trips (ask the staff on site).
