The hotel's restaurant, Altdeutsche Stuben, specialises in regional cuisine from the Harz Mountains and offers well-prepared food based on good ingredients. Summer weather permitting, snacks and drinks are also served on the hotel's Panorama Terrace.

A really nice and pleasant place. Well run. Friendly staff who make an effort to provide good service. Centrally located. We had a comfortable room and are very satisfied.

A bit worn hotel but very cosy and good service from the staff, good location in relation to the city. Nice clean and neat spa area.
The hotel needs a bit of maintenance as it looks quite worn. With a splash of paint and new carpets, they will have already come a long way.
Lovely hotel, located very centrally and easy to get to. The place is beautifully decorated in "the old premises", friendly staff and good breakfast.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately, showers were only possible in the bathtub with a curtain. No anti-slip mat or similar available, also no grab handle.
Superb breakfast buffet. The dinner detracts a bit. Nice pool and wellness area. Centrally located but next to a railway which could be heard at intervals. Generally sweet and helpful staff.
