St. Mary's Church

Go on a cheap mini holiday in Poland. In the centre of Gdańsk is the world's largest brick church, St Mary's. Here it is possible to visit the viewing platform on top of the bell tower, which offers a great view of Gdańsk city. The church was almost completely destroyed by Russian forces in 1945, but later rebuilt and today the beautiful old church is certainly worth a visit on a driving holiday to Poland.
