Enjoy your summer holiday, mini break or maybe just a weekend break in Holland, more specifically in Arnhem. Today, Arnhem's past is still very much in evidence, as many of the city's sights date back to the time of World War II. You can visit the war museum, the Airborne, and the battlefield. History is one of the town's main attractions, but nature also plays an important role. The area around the city stretches northwards in a hilly landscape that runs into the Hoge Veluwe National Park. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and certainly worth a hike in the area.
