About the hotel

Sinatur Hotel Skarrildhus is surrounded by a beautiful park area, where large rhododendron bushes and small idyllic streams help to the setting for your stay in central Jutland. Enjoy a romantic stroll in the park, where each stately building tells its own unique story of a a very different time.

The main building's lounges have been preserved in their original style, and serve today as the obvious midpoint and meeting place during the stay. The hotel is surrounded by almost 500 hectares of nature, including woods, moors and meadows. About canoeing on the Skjern River or the Karstoft River, which runs through the park at Skarrildhus, and in the autumn it is also possible to go mushroom hunting in the area.

You'll get the perfect start to the day with a lovely breakfast in cosy and in the evening the hotel's chef will whip up a selection of tasty dishes, prepared from fresh, local and organic ingredients in the newly renovated restaurant. The hotel also has a cosy bar where it is possible to play billiards, pool, darts and table tennis.
