About the hotel

The hotel has been family-owned since 1852, and offers a perfect starting point for an active holiday with hiking and cycling surrounding countryside. The location gives you an atmospheric view over the Moselle River, and invites you to explore the idyllic, and often very romantic surroundings here in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate.

For nature lovers, it's a must to enjoy a hike on the one of the 'dream trails'. In fact, there are three 'Dream Trails' in the area, and the trails are laid out as circular routes amidst the picturesque landscapes. In addition you will also find cycling paths just outside the hotel.

It is also a good opportunity to visit places such as Burg Eltz, Koblenz, the spa town of Wiesbaden and the state capital, Mainz.

Every morning you'll get the perfect start to the day with a breakfast, and in the evening, plenty of good food and wine is served in the restaurant, where the menu is largely influenced by seasonal trends.
