From the hotel you have just a short walk to the centre of Mariestad, a charming town with roots dating back to the 1500s. Here you can the town's impressive cathedral, and explore the many cafés and speciality shops.

If you have children with you on holiday, they'll love a trip to Skara Sommarland, which is less than an hour's drive south of the hotel. If you're going for a drive north, you won't have to drive far to reach the small maritime town of Sjötorp, right on the shores of Lake Vänern.
