The 4-star hotel has hosted the poet H.C. Andersen and the Royal Family as guests, and is ready to pamper you with a unique stay in the centre of Aarhus, which is full of exciting sights, cafés and shopping opportunities.

About the hotel

Hotel Royal Aarhus was built in 1838 and renovated in 2019. The decor is in lavish Art Deco style, and the historic details have been carefully preserved. The hotel also boasts exciting original art from a wide range of periods, including Asger Jorn, Miro, Kandinsky, but also more recent Danish art, for example Jørgen Nash, Tine Hind and Lene Noer.

As part of the package you have free access to the Casino Royal.

Before exploring Aarhus, you can enjoy a delicious, sumptuous breakfast in the conservatory Atrium Restaurant and you can also relax in the hotel's sauna or work out in the gym.
