About the hotel

Hotel Mårtenson is housed in a charming building from the 1850s and underwent a complete renovation in 2021. The hotel is just a few kilometres from the coast and around 10 km from Tylösand Beach. It offers a relaxing base for your stay and free access to the wellness and fitness centre. Halmstad is a charming city with a wide range of culture, shopping, art, sightseeing and history. Some of these are Möllegård, Spenshults, Virsehatt and Haverdal. Off the coast you will also find the idyllic little island of Tylön with its charming lighthouse. Boat trips to Tylön depart from the harbour in Halmstad.

The hotel package includes breakfast and the evening main course. Enjoy everything from a luxurious cup of coffee and breakfast at Gretas Café, to a nice light lunch at Franz Bar, delicious street food at Gretas Tak or a well composed menu at Franz Bistro.
