Filskov Kro is newly renovated with respect for the historical details, and with a good location in relation to Legoland, Givskud Zoo and the lovely beaches of the North Sea.  

About the hotel

Filskov Kro is located in cosy surroundings in Filskov, a little northwest of Billund. The historic inn has roots as far back as the 1850s, and was most recently renovated in 2023, with a newly renovated reception, bar/lounge and restaurant. There are also new dishes on the menu and all the rooms have been refreshed. Today, the inn appears as a contemporary country inn, with a classic inn atmosphere at its best.

The inn offers a number of wonderful activities and facilities, such as a gym, billiards room, TV room with fireplace and board games, playroom with PlayStation and Lego, tarzan course with bonfire cabin in the inn forest, table tennis table, a large playground with bouncy cushion and - not least - one of the world's best football golf courses , with 2 x 18 holes. 

You are also a short distance from exciting attractions such as Legoland, Givskud Zoo and AQUA Aquarium and Animal Park, all popular destinations for a lovely family holiday in South and Central Jutland.

In the kitchen, Bo Haubjerg spoils the guests with delicious food in collaboration with his stable team. The food is always made from scratch: the salmon is home-smoked, the herbs are home-grown, and great emphasis is placed on quality. While Bo works her magic in the kitchen, Mathilde Kastberg's focus is on the guests, and the young couple's energy and warm-hearted hospitality shine through clearly.

Filskov Kro has a total of 32 bright and comfortable rooms. Choose between single rooms, double rooms, double rooms with one or extra beds - all of which have been refreshed in 2023. You can also get extra luxury in the spacious and comfortable suites, which have also been refreshed in 2023.
